HD Video with 3D Binaural Audio!

I'll post a short film in a few weeks, mainly to demonstrate the 3D binaural audio. I was asked to create a binaural demo for a home audio speaker technology company for their trade show in Las Vegas. They've invented a speaker that can beam two channels of audio to each person in the room, and it tracks their head positions using a 3D camera. This means that you can have binaural audio from a single speaker in your living room without headphones. Now I just have to figure out what to create...

Please Help!! Let's bring binaural to the world!

To all of my binaural friends, I am reaching out to ask for your help spreading the word about my latest binaural iPhone/iPad/iPod game Slug Bugs.

The App Store is a crowded place. It's very difficult to get noticed, even if you have a great game. Thus, it is up to the developer to market and spread the word on their own. Apple is featuring Slug Bugs this week in it's New and Noteworthy section, but that's not enough.

I'm asking that everyone who wants to see binaural 3D audio become more popular in mainstream entertainment, please help me spread the word. The real power is in social media and word of mouth. Use your Facebook accounts, Tweet on your Twitters, post the video and links to the game site (http://slugbugsgame.com). Tell all your friends to try the game, and most importantly, give it 5 star reviews.

The better the game does, the more binaural projects I will be able to produce! Please, any help will be appreciated.

Radiohead - King of Limbs

After a couple of listens, it's an interesting production as always, but it feels more like a Thom York solo album. That's not necessarily bad, but I don't feel the need to see these songs performed live. There's not enough identifiable contribution from the band in my opinion. I can't help but wish they rocked it a little (a lot) more...

Dick Blick for your art materials!

I am a stickler for good customer service. When I make binaural ears for people, I generally always get my silicone from www.dickblick.com.

Yesterday I went to make another set of Silicone Binaural Ears and found that one of the batches of silicone I received was old or had somehow "soured". It was useless to me, since it wouldn't even pour into the mold. I simply complained to Dick Blick and they are happily replacing the batch for me for free!

Like I said, I love good customer service, and I think it deserves more recognition. So here's a shout out to all artists who need art supplies on-line, go to www.dickblick.com!!
